The Core Programme (at WCAT) is a total abstinence based therapeutic community offering a 10 week structured day programme to those with alcohol dependancy.
What does the Core Programme offer?
The programme we offer is a good way for someone to address drug and alcohol issues whilst still maintaining other areas of their life like relationships with their children, family and community.
It offers an opportunity to develop new skills, to learn alongside peers through group work and social activities, to increase individual confidence levels and to become part of a recovery focused community.
