Awful

Awful. My grieving mother went to buy an outfit for my brother's funeral. They did not tell her you could only exchange not return. Never ever one mention of it. On taking it home my father didn't think it was suitable for the funeral so my mother tried to take it back completely untouched 36 hours later - and 5 days before he funeral as the shop assistants were well aware. They would not let her. Cruel, very unkind people. I was going to buy my outfit there but will now boycott on principle. Stay away.
